Functieomschrijving

• Development of regional sales activity plans

• Development and execution of regional visit plans

• Set up and manage regional educational meetings

• Provides input for development of marketing material and programs

• Reporting on regional activities

• Responsible for regional sales planning and performance

• Drives sales performance Ferinject in hospitals in region

• Creates input for national plans with head sales and medical department

• Identify and develops regional KOL plans in close cooperation with Medical

• Develops strong relationships with customers and DMU’s

• Builds and constantly develops knowledge and expertise in key therapeutic areas

• Shares experience with other regions and management team

Functie-eisen

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent. Minimum Requirements

• Sales experience in Pharma hospital markets

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Documented sales track record

• Proven relationship building skills with customers, DMU’s and KOL’s

• HBO/University Preferred Requirements

• Strong commercial orientation

• Sales experience in assigned therapeutic areas (e.g. nephrology, cardiology, oncology)

• Documented track record in sales in the hospital market

• Applies entrepreneurial thinking

• sales excellence and strong customer orientation

• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively and productively communicate orally and in writing

• Ability to recognize execute commercial opportunities

• Continuously expand knowledge of the market

• Works effectively in cross-functional teams
