Within this role you are responsible for maintaining and developing the CRDM business with existing and new customers in your sales territory. It will be your job to meet (or preferably exceed) financial and non-financial targets in a way that enhances our reputation in the market. In this commercial position you will fulfill a number of tasks in the field of sales management, ranging from market analyses and developing sales strategies to performing sales activities such as product introductions and support technical procedures when necessary. You will identify and address all key decision makers, opinion leaders and referrals, extend existing accounts and develop entirely new ones. Building strong and lasting business relationships is another important task. Just as identifying and preparing upcoming tenders, market trends and competitor's information. Furthermore it will be your responsibility to train and educate relevant hospital staff, and to maintain and acquire knowledge on new product, technologies, markets, sales tools and processes.
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology
- Around 3 years sales experience within the medical equipment industry
- Knowledge of the CRDM marketplace
- Experience in training others
- Fluency in Dutch and preferably English
